The original site was a simple page that briefly indicated what the Office of the Employee Ombudsman (OEO) did, but didn't address anything in detail - An more informative and modern presence was required. The small team were receiving a large number of calls with most queries being of a similar nature. Armed with the similar requests, a wireframe was developed that allowed each enquiry type to be addressed quickly with applicable links to the appropriate government department or external service.

We tried where possible to personalise the messages so those who don't quite know where to start are able to jump directly to a particular area. With a completely new visual identity, the site's aesthetic was developed in tandem to reflect the cleanliness and strength of the identity in an inviting and relaxed manner.
